The Senatore Cappelli flours are produced in the heart of Apulian Murgia. Grinding by stone produces a flour with irregular particle sizes, with the presence of germ and starch; any byproduct is eliminated and grains stay whole. These flours are more flavourful and digestible. Besides, grinding by stone allows a slow manufacturing that doesn’t heat up the product. Our roller mill at low grinding dates back to the ‘50s and has a limit of kg250 per hour. This way it preserves all the grains nutrition. With our flours you can prepare pasta, bread, focaccia, pizza and desserts.
